As a meteorologist, I’ve spent years out in all kinds of weather, and I know how unpredictable the forecast can be. When rain gear fell short, I set out to change that. That’s how Weatherman began—first with umbrellas, and now with ponchos engineered to keep you fully covered in any downpour.

How to Pack Your Poncho
- Pull the pocket out
Find the front zip pocket and pull it fully outward so it’s flipped inside-out. This pocket doubles as the poncho’s built-in pouch. - Stuff the poncho inside
Starting from the bottom hem, carefully fold or roll the poncho into the inverted pocket. Smooth out the fabric as you go to keep it compact. - Zip it shut
Once all the fabric is inside, zip the pocket closed. You now have a neat, self-contained poncho that’s easy to stash in your bag or clip to your gear.
